As owners, we have dedicated many years to serving as direct support professionals, holding positions ranging from PCAs and homemakers to supervisors and program directors. Through this experience, we have developed a deep understanding of client’s and employee’s needs firsthand, and providing top-quality assistance and support has been the driving force behind our healthcare careers. “In the midst of the pandemic, we realized that it was our moment to evolve beyond being essential workers.
